I have lives). I have very soulful brown eyes. I love going to work and spending time with elderly people because they feed me treats when my human mommy isn't looking. Yummy!!! I have come back literally from the brink of death when I was 4 years old from a bad infection and I'm now going to be a happy, healthy 11 year old dog. I love everyone and I like to bark, too. He is a very special dog and he shows me every day just how much he loves me by the way he looks at me, by cuddling and by never leaving my side. We go for many walks and his passion is to catch and retrieve a ball. He adores people and shows his affection with great enthusiasm. I take him everywhere I go and he just loves to go for car rides, to swim in the summer, and we both can't wait to go camping again."

Her mom says, "This is Lexus and our daughter's name is Regan. This is a daily activity for the two of them. Lexus is very protective of her baby Regan. Lexus is 6 years old and the best friend in the world! She never has needed a leash to walk or go outside since she ran out the front door and got hit by a car trying to protect me (she only had minor injuries and bruising, nothing serious). I don't know what we are going to do without her when the day comes. We always consider her our first child. She's a swimmer, a fetcher, a chaser, a protector, a lover, and she's ours. That's why she should be the dog of the month."
